The foundation is in place. Now make it compound.
The Compound is ongoing marketing support: strategy, execution, and oversight, so every month's work makes next month stronger. This is how you stop losing ground to competitors who are simply more consistent.
Why most marketing improvements don't last
You fixed the website. Updated the Google listing. Started getting more reviews. Maybe even ran some ads.
Then it stopped.
Nobody published new content. The review requests trailed off. The ad campaigns went stale. The competitors you passed six months ago caught back up, because they kept going and you didn't.
Marketing isn't a project. It's a system. And systems need someone keeping them running.
That's what The Compound does.
What ongoing support looks like
Every Compound engagement is built around your priorities, but here's what most clients need:
Review monitoring and generation
Keeping the review engine running: response management, generation systems, and monthly reputation tracking so you never fall behind.
Monthly reporting
A clear scorecard every month: what we did, what's working, what changed, and what we're doing next. No jargon. No vanity metrics. Just the numbers that matter to your business.
Content that keeps working
Blog posts, service pages, and updates that answer the questions your customers are searching, published consistently so Google and AI keep finding you.
Quarterly planning
Every three months we step back, look at what the numbers actually say, and reset priorities for the next quarter instead of repeating the last one by default.
Ad management
Campaign monitoring, optimization, and reporting, so your ad spend keeps performing instead of quietly wasting money.
Google Business Profile management
Regular posts, photo updates, Q&A management, and listing optimization: the ongoing work that keeps your listing competitive.
Strategy and oversight
You're not just getting execution. You're getting someone who knows your business, your market, and your priorities thinking about what should happen next.
How it works
Step 1: The foundation comes first.
The Compound is for businesses that have already done The Marketing Formula and (usually) a Build. We don't start ongoing work until we know the foundation is solid. Otherwise we're compounding on a weak base.
Step 2: We agree on scope and priorities.
Based on what your business needs most (visibility, content, ads, reputation, or a combination) we define what each month looks like. This isn't a rigid package. It's a plan built around your priorities.
Step 3: I execute monthly.
You get consistent work, on schedule, every month. Content published. Ads managed. Reviews monitored. Strategy adjusted.
Step 4: You see the results compound.
More reviews make the next review easier. Better content makes the next search more likely. Stronger visibility makes every ad dollar go further. The system gets stronger with time, not weaker.
Investment
The Compound starts at $3,500 a month with a three-month minimum, then continues month to month. Cancel anytime after the first three.
The three-month minimum exists because nothing in marketing compounds in thirty days. Content takes time to rank, reviews take time to accumulate, and ads need enough data to be judged fairly. Judging this work after one month would be judging it before it's had a chance to do anything.
There's no package, because there's no standard business. By the time we're here I've already diagnosed your business and built the fixes. What we work on comes out of that, not out of a menu. Some quarters are content and search. Some are ads. Some are proposal and follow-up work. It depends on what's working and what's next.
AI can produce the work now. It still can't tell you which work matters, or notice when it stops working. That's the part you're paying for.
How it runs: priorities are set once a quarter, so you're not renegotiating the plan every month. You get a scorecard every month covering what was done, what moved, and what's next. You work directly with me, not an account manager. Everything built stays yours and documented, whether you continue or not.
When something new comes up mid-quarter it either replaces a priority already in the plan, moves to the next quarter, or gets quoted separately. That's what keeps the plan real instead of a wish list.
Ongoing doesn't mean dependent. If you stop after three months or three years, you don't hand anything back and nothing switches off. That's deliberate. A retainer that only works while you're paying for it isn't a system. It's a subscription to someone else's attention.
It's not a vague retainer where you're paying and hoping something happens.
It's not a locked-in contract designed to keep you paying whether the work is valuable or not.
It's not execution without strategy. Every month has a plan. Every plan ties back to what matters for your business.
And it's not for everyone. If your foundation isn't in place yet, we'll tell you, and we'll start with The Marketing Formula instead.
What The Compound is not
Who this is for
✅ For you if:
You've done the diagnostic and the foundational work. Your marketing is in a stronger place than it was, and you want someone to keep things moving, keep improving, and keep you ahead of competitors who are also getting better.
❌ Not for you if:
You haven't done the diagnostic yet, or your foundation still needs major work. Start with The Marketing Formula and The Build first. The Compound works best when there's a solid base to build on.

-
Usually, yes. The Compound is about making a solid foundation stronger. If the foundation still has real problems, monthly work just maintains them. If you're not sure where you stand, start with the diagnostic and we'll both know.
-
Nothing in marketing compounds in thirty days. Content takes time to rank, reviews take time to accumulate, and ads need enough data to be judged fairly. Three months is the shortest honest window. After that it's month to month.
-
A scorecard every month covering what was done, what moved, and what's next. Priorities themselves are set once a quarter, so the plan isn't rewritten every four weeks. Between those, the work itself: content, reviews, ads, listing management, and strategy, in whatever mix your priorities call for.
-
Yes. That's the point of scoping by priority instead of by package. Priorities get reset each quarter, and if something urgent lands mid-quarter it either replaces something already in the plan, moves to the next quarter, or gets quoted separately.
-
You'll see it in the monthly scorecard before I have to tell you, because those are the same numbers I'm looking at. If the work isn't paying for itself, I'd rather say so and change the plan than keep invoicing.

Everything built is yours and documented. The content stays published, the systems stay in place, and your team can run them. That's by design.
