Now you know what's broken. Let's fix it.
The Build takes the top priorities from your Marketing Formula and turns them into real improvements, in a defined scope, on a defined timeline. No vague retainer. No random add-ons. Just the work that's costing you the most, fixed first.
How The Build works
Step 1: Your Marketing Formula identifies the priorities.
The diagnostic ranks every finding by impact and effort. The top 2–3 issues become the scope of your Build. You're not guessing what to fix. You already know.
Step 2: I scope the project and quote a fixed price.
You get a clear proposal: what's included, what it costs, and when it's done. No hourly billing. No scope creep. No surprises.
Step 3: I build it.
Depending on what the diagnostic revealed, that might be a website overhaul, a review generation system, Google Business Profile optimization, content, ad setup, proposal restructuring, or a combination. You'll know exactly what's happening and when.
Step 4: You start seeing the difference.
The work is designed to remove the things that are costing you business, so every other part of your marketing performs better once the foundation is stronger.
What we might build together
Every Build is scoped from your Marketing Formula findings, so no two look the same. But here's what comes up most often:
Google Business Profile overhaul
Every field completed, categories optimized, photos uploaded, posts scheduled, so your listing stops losing to competitors who simply look more established.
Content that answers real questions
Blog posts and service pages targeting the searches your customers actually make, written for people, optimized for Google and AI.
Review and reputation system
Not a hope. A system. QR codes, email templates, response templates, and a simple process your team can follow so reviews come in consistently.
Website fixes that actually matter
Mobile speed, messaging clarity, calls to action, service pages that rank, and proof that makes visitors confident enough to call. Not a full redesign unless the diagnostic says you need one.
Ad setup and launch
Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both, but only when the foundation is strong enough to make ad spend worth it. The Marketing Formula tells us when that is.
Proposal and follow-up improvements
For businesses where the sales process is part of the problem: restructuring proposals, tightening follow-up, and making sure what happens after the lead comes in doesn't undo the work that generated it.
Investment
Build projects typically start at $6,500 and are scoped based on what your Marketing Formula reveals.
If you completed The Marketing Formula, $1,000 is credited toward your Build, so you're not paying twice to get started.
Every project includes:
A clear scope document before work begins
50/50 billing: half at kickoff, half on delivery
A defined timeline (most Builds take 4–8 weeks)
A completion walkthrough showing what was done and what to measure
No hourly billing. No open-ended retainers. No surprise invoices.
Some clients take the improved foundation and run with it on their own. That's fine. The work is built to hold its value.
Others realize they need someone to keep things moving: publishing content, managing ads, monitoring reviews, adjusting strategy as the business grows. That's what The Compound is for.
There's no pressure to continue. But if the foundation is strong and the momentum is real, it usually makes sense to keep it going.

It either replaces something already in scope, moves to a later phase, or gets quoted separately. That's not me being rigid. It's how a project finishes on time and on budget instead of quietly turning into a retainer.

Yes. The work applies to any service-area business in Canada or the U.S. Local research is strongest in markets I can dig into directly, but the process travels.
